Why ROA OFF-ROAD?
You can buy a trailer from other dealers, but you can't become a ROAMER from other dealers. Here is what comes with being a ROAMER and buying one from ROA.
Expert Knowledge
Our Team doesn't read from a spec sheet. They've camped in these trailers. When you ask whether your Tacoma can tow this, you get a real answer from someone who has done it.
Delivery Experience
We don't rush handovers. Your PDI takes as long as it needs to. Whether that's two hours or all day, we stay until you know your trailer. Not because policy says so, because we want you to use and camp your trailer with confidence.
Techline Support
You're out on the camping trip of a lifetime. Something stops working. You call ROA. We answer. We found that 80% of issues can be resolved over the phone. You don't cut the trip short. you keep going. Our expert Techline is included with every trailer purchase.
Custom Modifications
Want a Starlink mount? A solar upgrade? A suspension lift? We build these modifications in-house at our Experience Centers. YOUR trailer leaves ROA exactly the way YOU want it.
ROAMER Rallies and Adventures
Every year ROA organizes guided Adventures for our ROAMER community, intimate small-group trips into real terrain with people who know these trailers best. Moab. Baja. South Carolina. The kind of places you bought this trailer to see. We also host the annual ROAMER Rally at Roamerland, our private basecamp in Southern Utah. A multi-day gathering for all ROAMERS with off-road courses, day trips, classes, campfire nights, and some of the best terrain in the country right outside the door.
ROAMER Community
When you buy from ROA, the trailer is just the beginning, getting past the gate into a new world and lifestyle is where the real adventure begins. A private community of owners who have been where you're going and know what it took to get there. People who met at a Rally or on an Adventure who now plan their own trips together, call each other when something comes up on the road, and have built friendships that long outlast anything we had a hand in. ROA is here to help elevate your camping experiences far beyond the day you drove off the lot. You cannot put a price on a lifelong friend, and we have watched this community create them over and over, trip after trip. The community is the heart of ROA, everything else is just the vehicle that gets you there.
