Return Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all trailer and RV purchases made from ROA Off-Road (“ROA,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including purchases associated with our locations in Utah, South Carolina, Arizona, and Colorado.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of trailer and RV sales, all purchases are final. ROA Off-Road does not accept returns or exchanges, and no refunds will be issued once a trailer/RV has been purchased.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

• Preference changes (features, layout, color, options, etc.)

• Incorrect fit for intended use

• Financing changes or inability to secure financing

• Travel, delivery, transport, registration, taxes, or related costs

• Normal wear, cosmetic concerns, or personal preference

Extenuating Circumstances (Rare, Discretionary Review)

In very limited extenuating circumstances, ROA Off-Road may consider a written request at our sole discretion. This process is a review only:

• Submitting a request does not guarantee a cancellation, return, or refund

• ROA may request supporting documentation

• ROA may deny any request for any reason

If ROA approves an exception, ROA will determine the remedy (if any). Refunds are not offered unless required by applicable law.
