Text Message Terms | ROA Off-Road

1. What this program is

ROA Off-Road, the off-road and off-grid trailer brand of RVs of America, sends text messages to people who ask to receive them. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean ROA Off-Road, and "you" means the person who owns or uses the mobile number that receives our texts.

Texts may come from a Sales Coach or from our automated messaging system. They may include:

Answers to your questions about trailers, pricing, availability, and trade ins
Appointment confirmations and reminders for our Experience Centers in Utah, Arizona, Colorado, and South Carolina
Delivery, service, and warranty updates
Marketing and promotional messages, such as sales, new arrivals, and invitations to events like the Roamer Rally

2. How you agree to receive texts

You agree to receive our texts when you check a text consent box on one of our forms (such as the Off-Road Fit Quiz), when you text us first, or when you tell a Team Member we may text you. Checking the box means you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from ROA Off-Road at the phone number you provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can ask about a trailer, book an appointment, and buy from us without ever agreeing to marketing texts.

Only give us a number you own or are allowed to use. If you change or give up that number, reply STOP from it first so the next owner does not get our texts.

3. How often we text, and what it costs

Message frequency varies. How many texts you get depends on what you asked about, any appointments or purchases in progress, and our current promotions.

We do not charge for our texts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan, so check with your carrier if you are unsure.

4. How to stop texts or get help

To stop: reply STOP to any text. We also accept QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, and OPT OUT. You will get one final text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that.

You can also opt out any other reasonable way, such as telling a Team Member, calling 801-860-0035, or emailing info@rvsofamerica.com. We process every opt out as quickly as we can and no later than 10 business days after we receive it.

5. Carriers and delivery

Our texts work with major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We are not responsible for texts that are delayed or not delivered because of your carrier, your device, or anything else outside our control. Please do not rely on our texts for anything urgent. If something is time sensitive, call your Experience Center.

6. Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your text messaging opt in data or consent, with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the aggregators and providers who help us deliver our texts.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can ask us to access, correct, or delete it.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep receiving our texts after an update, the updated terms apply, and you can reply STOP at any time.
